<br /> <span style="font-size: small;">Cholangiocarcinoma is a malignant neoplasm originating from biliary epithelial cells. The incidence and mortality of this cancer are rising in the world. Currently, cholangiocarcinoma is accepted as a stem cell disease with many risk </span><span style="font-family: Times New Roman,Times New Roman; font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman,Times New Roman; font-size: small;">factors. Diagnosis is relatively simple but therapy is extremely difficult. Surgery is the mainstay of treatment for early </span></span><span style="font-size: small;">stage patients. Endobiliary approaches, chemotherapy and radiotherapy are other therapeutic approaches. </span>
