Report of an extensive speech disorder in a paranoid schizophrenic patient

Abstract

Neologism and private usage of stock words have long been considered as uncommon disorders of schizophrenic thought and speech.however,,a review of current literature and psychiatric textbooks reveals few clinical examples.in this article a paranoid schizophrenic patient with extensive speech disorder has been presented and his neologistic production,private meaning of stoch words and other speech abnormalities have been discussed.
