Purpose: Health tourism, especially dental tourism, is increasingly becoming essential to a country's tourist offering. To attract tourists, good-quality services must be provided at dental offices. Therefore, a research problem is defined to examine the quality and sustainability of dental surgeries in Albania with an emphasis on Tirana.Methodology: To evaluate the quality and sustainability of these practices, three main criteria were used, each consisting of seven subcriteria. Fuzzy versions of LMAW and LOPCOW determined criteria importance, and fuzzy RAWEC ranked observed dental practices.Findings: The results demonstrated that the most important criteria were the social and the office cleanliness criteria. Applying the fuzzy RAWEC method demonstrated that the best results are obtained by the offices Diamond Dental (DO1) and Biodent Denti e Sorrisi (DO2). The comparative analysis and sensitivity analysis confirms this result.Originality/Value: This research contributes by examining the current situation regarding dental tourism in Albania and providing guidelines on how to improve this type of tourism.
