    Structural, Optical and Photoluminescence Properties of Ti3+ Activated Li2Ba3(P2O7)2 Nanophosphor for Cool White LED Applications

    چکیده
    Structural, morphological, vibrational, optical and luminescence studies on Ti3+-doped Li2Ba3(P2O7)2 nanophosphor was systematized by wet-chemical method at room temperature. X-ray diffraction, reveals orthorhombic phase structure with space group 2P1 and average crystallite size is 77 nm. SEM images represent non-uniformly distributed stone-like structures. Vibrational properties were characterized using Fourier Transform Infrared and Raman spectroscopy, which exhibits various vibrational modes of PO3 anionic and other related groups. From the EPR (Electron paramagnetic resonance) spectrum of produced nanophosphor, g value was evaluated. Optical properties were studied using UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy. In this, we report on an efficient blueish-white emitting Ti3+-doped Li2Ba3(P2O7)2 nanophosphor, which is capable of cool white LEDs with superior CRI values (Ra = 67, R3 = 91, R14 = 92) and color correlated temperature (CCT) value of prepared sample is 6118 K. Therefore, the obtained results suggested that as-prepared blueish-white emitting Ti3+-doped Li2Ba3(P2O7)2 nanophosphor exhibit quality potential for applications in cool light LEDs, emphasizing their viability for advancing solid-state lighting and display technologies.
