Multiple Sclerosis (MS) is one of the neurological disorders that occur along with the degeneration of the myelin sheath. The aim of present study was to investigate the moderating role of personality dimensions in the relationship between brain-behavioral systems and multiple sclerosis severity in individuals suffering from MS. This research was a correlational study in which 162 patients with MS were selected as statistical samples by the purposive sampling method in the City of Shiraz.
