    چکیده
Diclofenac (DFC) from chitosan matrix optical quality single crystals was produced from an aqueous solution using a slow solvent evaporation process at room temperature. Gamma radiation of 10 Gy was applied to the formed DFC crystal. The XRD investigations on a single crystal proved that the DFC crystals formed in a monoclinic system with a centrosymmetric space group C2/c. The UV-Visible spectra exhibit an increase in the cut off wavelength of optical absorption for micro, macro and 10 Gy gamma ray irradiated in DFC crystal respectively and also according to estimates, the optical band gap shrinks during exposures to micro, macro, and 10 Gy of gamma rays, respectively. Fluorescence studies reveal that the compound shows emission spectra with shifted fluorescence for three samples and Laue effect for all present samples were investigated. Photoconductivity demonstrates that all of the DFC derivatives are of the negative Photoconductivity type and the gamma irradiation value range is greater in nA than the macro scale before having an influence on the micro scale DFC values. The crystalline specimen is thoroughly studied for the Z-Scan technique to anticipate the nonlinear character of the DFC specimen of macro and micro scaling. The sensor analyses for DFC-macro, micro, and 10 Gy is performed and reported at room temperature based red LED work.
