Measuring Public Awareness of Citizensï § Rights in North Khorasan Province

Abstract

The research is to assess the level of public awareness of civil rights in the province of North Khorasan. The sample survey of 384 residents in North Khorasan Province was asked. Framework using comments of Parsons, and Turner was explained by Hambermas and Marshal. This study investigated the hypothesis (the public sector, education and age) there is a positive correlation among them, but the awareness of civil rights and social class, gender and ethnicity, there is no awareness of citizensï § rights. According to conclusions of this study that moderate citizens still need more work and non-governmental organizations, to be felt. The study also presents the research model and evaluation of the knowledge among different ethnic groups in the province have also significant differences between the ethnic groups are aware of civil rights.
