The Correlation between the Life Quality and the Effectiveness of the Academic Members

Abstract

This paper tries to study the correlation between the life quality and the effectiveness of academic members at Mazandaran University. A standard questionnaire were applied for gathering the data. Through a survey method and Alpha Cornbach, scale all the data were analyzed systematically. The results show that there is a significant relationship between life quality and the effectiveness among the academic members. It also shows that htose professors who have better life condition (quality) having more scientific effectiveness in their occupation.
